• *When the Bulldrome is defeated you may be prompted with a waring sign, telling you that Jinouga has appeared. It is optional to hunt Jinouga. After a short period of time a monster cry will be heard and Jinouga will appear in Area 5. After viewing the intro cutscene for Jinouga in Area 5, "Abandon Quest" will become "Return to village" allowing you to complete the hunt.

Special*: After all other village quests are complete, this quest will be unlocked.

Deviljho will be in Rage Mode as soon as the quest begins. After Deviljho is defeated, Tigrex and Nargacuga are fought simultaneously.

Notes

Not all quests listed will be available as soon as you unlock each level tier, some may require completion of a similar mission in the same level rank (for example, the 6th 6* mission quest of hunting a Tigrex will not be available until you have completed the 3rd 6* mission quest of hunting a Tigrex).

Deviljho

Deviljho

The Deviljho is one of the new 3rd Generation monster. This monster doesn't have a specific area like other monsters, it roams almost all area that are available. The Deviljho appetite is very nasty, it eats Aptanoth, Popo, slain wyvern carcass, another Deviljho's body, a trapped wyvern, even its own tail. When there is another monster on its sight, the Deviljho could even attack it. When the Deviljho is enraged, it will show some old battle scars and if the deviljho is in rage mode it could still eat a meat that is putted by hunters. The Deviljho can be summoned by the Red Qurupeco or the original Qurupeco (High Rank Quest Only !). Deviljho's hunting quest can be unlocked by clearing the HR5/HR6 in MHP3rd.

Barioth

Barioth

The Barioth is one of the new 3rd Generation monster. The Barioth shape is similar to the Nargacuga, but the Barioth scales is covered with spikes, so it can move freely on the slippery ice. The Barioth can make a small snow storm, if you get hit by this storm you will get the snowman effect, which make you move slower and your stamina is more faster decreasing.When the Barioth is enraged, the eyes will turn red and it will move faster, just like the Nargacuga. The Barioth can go into caves in the Tundra area, if the Barioth is tired/fatigued, it will eat Popos in the nearest area. Barioth can make a charge attack and then it will fly. When the Barioth is really-really raged it will only attack the hunter and leaving the felyne comrade that the hunter brought.

Qurupeco

Qurupeco

The Qurupeco is one of the new 3rd Generation monster. This monster is similar to the 2nd Generation monster that is, Yian Kut-Ku. Both monster can make a loud sound, but the Yian Kut-Ku will stun the hunter much more different than the Qurupeco. The Qurupeco can call other monsters that is in the area or not in the area, the monsters that the Qurupeco calls can distract the hunters, so the Qurupeco can get away. Qurupeco calls can also dance to increase the health or attack/defense on nearby monsters and itself, if these calls are disrupted by attacking the inflated sack, the hunters that are nearby will get the effect of these calls. Qurupeco calls can also be disrupted by throwing a sonic bomb (also similar with the Yian Kut-Ku).

Black Tigrex Weapon

These are some of the weapon that can be made from Black Tigrex carves. Some of these weapons can be obtained by upgrading the original Tigrex weapon. The weapon that are made have a strong attack and also a strong sharpness, but the affinity % is kinda low.

Black Tigrex

The Black Tigrex is a darker species of the Tigrex. This monster is a 3rd Generation and it lives in the Volcano and in the Sandy Plains. This Tigrex subspecies is more aggressive and more destructive than the original Tigrex. The black scales explain that this Tigrex spends most of its time at the Volcano also this scales are invulnerable to lava. When the Tigrex throws a lava ball it can inflict you a fire blight. The Black Tigrex can make a fake charge attack to fool the hunters and the Black Tigrex can stomp several time at the hunter and then it unleash a powerful roar.
